About
Full Circle Dynamics is dedicated to the professional and personal development of individuals, leaders and organizations. The Full Circle POV (point of view) is a practical, daily living and development perspective of the whole person/whole team/whole organization that seeks the coordinated development and integration of the four primary domains of human experience: body, mind, heart and spirit.
Professional Style
My values and vision are to be seen by people as authentic, caring, insightful, committed and effective in service to their goals: a trusted advisor. My personal and professional mission is to “Help people and organizations function in more effective and affirming ways as they seek to realize their higher potentials.”
I partner with people to help them reach their goals. Many tell me they appreciate my ability to quickly tune in to the unique nature of their concerns and aspirations. Clients also comment on my easy manner and sense of humor.
Professional Experience
I have thirty years experience as a psychotherapist, coach, and mediator; educator and trainer; and consultant to leaders and teams. I have helped individuals and teams identify, develop, and integrate the various aspects of themselves, their interpersonal relationships, and their team processes. I trained masters-level helping professionals as a full-time faculty member for the University of St. Thomas & Saint Catherine University, School of Social Work in St. Paul, MN for 11 years.
Integrated expertise from various professional disciplines.
I hold masters degrees in business administration (MBA) and social work (MSW), and a doctorate in organization learning and development (Ed.D.). I received my Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) licensure in 1992.
I have numerous assessment tools in my tool kit that can be brought to bear for individual and team understanding and change: deep Myers-Briggs Type Indicator–Step II expertise, EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory), Spiral Dynamics, Polarity Management, StrengthsFinder 2.0, member of the Purpose Project Guild (Center for Spirituality and Healing at the University of Minnesota), and more.
Dr. Steve Manderscheid and I co-authored “Managing Polarity, Paradox, and Dilemma during Leader Transition” published in the European Journal of Training and Development and selected as a Highly Commended Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2013.
